Added Steam persistent inventory support, to store player owned ships and tokens with their steam account instead of locally with the game files. This enables players to recover asset's owned in the event of any loss or damage of the game files.
Added penalties based on sector difficulty for player ships lost in a match.
Added image compression to reduce files sizes and game load times.
