Update 0.6.15 is now live!
- Added new Timed, Kill All yokai combat encounters
- Added 10 new random world events
- Overhauled a number of enemy spawns in combats to enable more variety in enemy spawns
- Overhauled numerous combat maps as part of an ongoing effort to theme the level design more to their locale
- Added guaranteed Food and Healing to all City Shops
- Added Healing Shop cost scaling by region
- Tweaked some Ally offerings in a few City shops
- Increased baseline Shop costs of Resources, Weapons, Allies, and Charms slightly
- Added the names of Status Effects to the combat mouseover tooltips
- Added the ability to open, but not interact with, the Party menu during an Event
- Reworked the Gunsen Weapon to be a 2 range point blank AOE
- Reworked the Onusa Weapon to be a 1 range point blank AOE with 1 damage absorption
- Changed some Weapon rarities to improve population in Shops
- Added new messaging and SFX to Timed combats to better clarify Turns remaining
- Changed how bandit combat maps are populated to prevent issues where the battles were too easy in later regions
Fixes
- Cleaned up tons of UI behavior to open various menus and windows appropriately and allow the Escape key to close them
- Fixed the Darkened Skies Achievement to show progress towards completion
- Fixed one rescue map with bandits that would populate poorly in early regions
- Fixed an issue where a large hill obstacle would obscure a hex in a few maps
- Fixed an issue where the Resource tooltips would not show when the Party window was open
- Fixed an issue with a Quest that would not register as complete and clear from the map properly
- Fixed some combat maps that were missing some obstacle assets
- Fixed a bug where the Strength In Numbers Charm was incorrectly applying to the leader, it should now only apply to Allies
- Fixed a bug where if on the player turn the player highlighted an Ally that had already moved it would not correctly show the enemy movement grid when an enemy was hovered
- Fixed a bug where the Inspiring Charm was not correctly discounting Allies in some instances
- Fixed a bug where map nodes were being generated out of screen bounds for 16:10 resolutions
- Fixed a bug where the Shop button wasn't visible on 16:10 resolutions
- Fixed a bug where the player could force the Party window to open behind an open Event
- Fixed a bug where the Onikuma would still retaliate against a leader using the Naginata at range
- Fixed an issue where both the Sightseer & Urban Dweller achievements unlocked the same Familiar Places Charm
- Fixed a bug where continuing an existing game while on a Shop node prevented a Shop from being reopened unless you left the node and came back
