Small patch released

Version was updated to 0.6.13 due to a bug in mission 2.6 and a few other small fixes:

+ Fixed mission 2.6 (invisible door)
+ Unlocked missions 4.1 and 4.2
+ Fixed bug that prevented players from throwing grenades when on ladders
