Increased total ship cannon tiers from
5 to 10.
(ship armor 6 and above now only costs
gold) (PoM no longer sells ship armor)
Balancing:
Reduced strength of tier 6 and 7
ship armor.
Increased strength of tier 9 and 10
ship armor.
Increased development speed to AP
building by x2.
Increased development speed to Talent
building by x4.
Increased development speed to CF
building by x8.
Increased scaling of Talent building
from 2.5 to 3.0
Increased maximum amount of ghosts
that can be assigned to AP, Talent,
