Thanks for jumping in on the first day of Early Access. We are working hard to make sure we can sort out issues as fast as you find them.
I wanted to make you aware of known issues that we should be able to resolve in the next 24 hours:
Issue 1: Some cosmetic items in the season pass are not showing up in inventory.
These items are actually being awarded to your account and after our fix will be in your inventory.
Issue 2: Not able to purchase Helm or Shield from shop.
Like the season pass items, if you purchase the Helm or Shield it is actually awarded to your account but is not visible. Our fix will make you have these items available.
Issue 3: Not able to do damage
Some players are being flagged as being on a team and are unable to damage each other. This is being corrected.
Issue 4: Network Error 4 crash
The servers had a setting that caused them to turn off in the middle of some early games. This has been resolved.
