We here at Bless Online would like to formally apologize to our users for the recent issue with the [NA] Perisos Server.
Upon further investigation, it was confirmed to be an error in our network connection.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will compensate those affected by the server interruption.
Qualification
Users who have logged in to game 12 hours prior and after of the incident
(March 13th @ 12:00 PM PDT ~ March 14th @ 12:00 PM PDT )
*Note, players that qualify for the compensation and have Premium Membership will have their membership extended by 3 hours.

In order to receive the extension compensation, you must login by March 22nd 2019 by 12:00AM PDT.

The compensation process is currently underway and is expected to be completed within 2-3 days.
