This update period greatly expands station management, staffing, fleet capacity, and the information available to the Station Chief.
- Added **Advanced Engineering** research and the **Expand Garage** upgrade, increasing Garage capacity from two to four police cruisers.
- Added persistent **officer fatigue and recovery**, with Rested, Ready, Tired, Fatigued, and Recovery states affecting operational readiness.
- Added **Active Patrol, Response Reserve, and Rest/Recovery** shift roles, officer rotation, fatigue-aware relief, and improved reserve staffing.
- Added configurable response reserves, Mission Preparation commitments, smarter shift handovers, Duty Officer history, and three reusable Duty Roster templates.
- Added **Operational Stress and coverage monitoring**, helping identify staffing shortages and operational pressure before they become critical.
- Improved the Personnel and Patrol interfaces with scrolling, controller/keyboard navigation, better low-resolution layouts, clearer focus indicators, and easier management controls.
- Added cross-panel decision support linking Personnel, Patrol, Missions, Garage, staffing, and fleet problems directly to the controls needed to resolve them.
- Added the new **Command Situation Briefing**, highlighting the most important current management priorities.
- Added priority trends and history including New, Continuing, Improving, Worsening, and Resolved states.
- Added **Next Shift / 4-Hour forecasting** for staffing, fatigue, Patrol coverage, and fleet readiness risks.
- Added forecast outcome reviews so players can see whether preventive actions were effective.
- Added **Before → After previews** and multiple alternative solutions showing benefits, costs, trade-offs, and possible new risks before making important management decisions.
All management recommendations remain advisory — the Station Chief always keeps final control over staffing, vehicles, spending, and operational decisions.
Existing saves remain compatible.
