PATCH NOTES:
- Crash when determining the WAN IP
- Crash due to a culture error when closing the send crash log dialog
- At a later point in time, after CUR3D has been successfully started several times, it reports that the license server cannot be reached or the license data is invalid
- At the first start, CUR3D reports that the license server cannot be reached or that the license data is invalid
