About the game
Skat is a trick-taking card game with 3 players very similar to Spades, and national game of Germany. All popular rule variants and very powerful but adjustable AI opponents are waiting for all who want to play this traditional card game. Game rules can be learned in the animated Tutorial.
Every single round, first the one who plays against 2 others has to be determined. This is done by the auction (German: "Reizen") meaning betting and competing, player with strongest bet may define the Trump suit - but plays against 2 other players!
