Update 1.0.61

-Optimizations to one of the larger cpu hogs, should see FPS gains
-Fixed a game exit crash due to a script i put in to try and make sure the server is removed from the lobby so we don't have any ghost servers.
-Fixed competition not giving rewards to those who were in one but left half way through.
-Fixed a few other MP crashes in an earlier patch that didn't have patch notes.
-Fixed Competitions giving out .50 tokens lol
