-Made it so active quest is now saved
-Made it so RSE prestiges over 1k are now stage/1000 so progress is accurate and you get full credit.
-Fixed a display bug with the new RSE prestige display
-Menu bug fixed when hitting prestige and opening RaidSoul menu
-Fixed a display bug in guild tag window when in a guild
-Fixed RSE not actually leveling due to the point values and it will now only deduct the cost in progress so you keep the leftover.
-Tavern now lights up when quests are complete
-Taven also lights up when you dont have a quest and you can afford it.
