Update 1.1.85

-Perk levels have no limit now.
-Rescaled Tome and Rings to bring them back into line(Slight buff on low end amazing nerf on over 20k maxstage end)
-Chest and Helm were changed but not scaled(They are still hard capped at 30 til i re-work class xp
-Auto Prestige button that spawns capcha each time you activate it. Stays active for 15min intervals.
-Change to DPS% on heroes calculation. Might be screwed up depending on the variance of DPS between clicky and heroes currently.(will address in a future build)
-Fix for gems and wallboss's not spawning after stage 30k
