Snow upgrade
Enabling snow will now blanket the entire level with a lovely coat:

Also:
- Added Hungarian as a language option
- The train shouldn't fall through the tracks as often
- Optimisations to terrain blocks and rivers
- Removed some unnecessary files from the game
