It’s Friday 13th, a great day for horror fans! We want to celebrate this day with you with a new update for Remothered: Tormented Fathers that takes the gaming experience to a whole new level.
Many of these new improvements have been requested by the community before and we are very happy to implement them. You know how much we care about our fans’ opinion and we’re sure this upgrade will make a lot of players happy.
Improved textures for “low”, “medium” and “high” settings
Our developers have been working in order to optimize texture graphics quality when playing the game in lower quality settings. So, even if your hardware is not top of the line, textures now have a more realistic look!
HQ texture mode
Do you own a powerful PC? Would you like to play Remothered: Tormented Fathers at the highest resolution your system allows? Just turn HQ Texture Mode on and enjoy the game in all its graphic glory!
FOV setting
This feature has been requested by many and we’re very happy to make it available to everyone! We’ve implemented a slider that will allow you to change the field of view of the camera. This is especially useful if you’re playing with a wide screen. Just change FOV according to your own taste and you’re good to go!

Tutorial opt-out
Recently we’ve implemented a tutorial that helps new players to get familiars with controls. Even though this feature is very useful if you’re playing Remothered: Tormented Fathers for the first time, advanced players may find it redundant. That’s why we’ve implemented the option to disable the tutorial in the control settings.
This new update also brings performance improvements and minor bug fixes. Even if these optimizations take place under the hood, you will definitely have a smoother gaming experience after the update.
