Set against a backdrop 1000km south of Tokyo in the Ogasawara Islands, a city boy, a half-Japanese, half-American runaway girl, and a girl from the neighborhood―all from vastly different worlds―come together in this nostalgic summer tale of teenage love, friendship, and growth.
Emily, the runaway, has her heart set on retrieving a treasure lost at sea. The city boy, Hiroki, and the local girl, Chisa, find Emily engaging in some pretty dangerous behavior and decide that they can’t just let her have all the fun. The three join forces and set off to find the treasure, said to be left behind in a shipwreck.
