bug fixes 0.01c

1. single play mode should not be able to hear other players any more.
2. fall to death (drowned in water) message should be fixed now so that it only happens when player drops below the map. (now should read "fell to death").
3. sometimes players respawn after death and would appear to be invisible from other player's view. This should be fixed now.
