I think I eliminated all issues with starting the game or freezing at start.
But if the game starts for a moment, then freezes, you can start the game again (or twice), the game will automaticly disable feature that is causing trouble

You can run Cybermotion as stable version or fast performance version(default),
go to library and click play. Options should appear
