Debug

• Modified debug launch configuration to print error messages to log.txt in the Park Bound Steam directory.
• A 'prefs' file will be created with default display settings even if application is unable to fully launch.
• Added advanced display settings options to prefs file. Generally should not be modified manually.

Editor

• Added missing scale lock for stars to match other collectibles (existing levels are unchanged).

1.1.7

• Changed default display mode to be windowed fullscreen (borderless windowed) for new players.
• Added logging (in debug mode) to show monitor and display mode information when starting in true fullscreen mode.
