I'm really sorry there has been a delay with you receiving your copies of The Council of Hanwell but I wanted to assure you I'm working on it.
The problem being that Valve do not work over the weekends and I am relying entirely on them to fix this issue as it is beyond the scope afforded to us normal developers.
I've requested urgent support through every channel available. But we have to remember how many games Valve has to deal with now.
I'm really hoping I get a response today so we can have The Council of Hanwell in your libraries by the end of the day.
