Many players got an error, saying they got banned from the server, when they tried to connect to one.
Don't worry, you did not get banned! :)
We restarted the servers to resolve this problem. You should now be able to connect again. If you are still getting the error, make sure your game version matches the server version.
If you are on the public branch and are trying to connect to the "Test Server", you will still get this error, since it's a devbranch server.
If you want to play on the public servers, make sure your Beta branch is set to "none".
