- Rewritten restoration of rented servers, as it could cause corrupt world generation after a game server restart. Now the server should be as stable as version 0.5

Hi people!
This update is important at the technical level since it introduces the first iteration of the system restoration by the admins.
Changelog
- When administrators come to work and leave work they will restore any file that has been modified or deleted.
Therefore, if a player destroys the system of a remote machine or hacks its website, it may take some time until the administrator restores it, so it is not something instantaneous.
This applies only to npcs computers.
- The tutorial mission checks whether the required file exists on the victim's machine. This will be extended to the other missions.
- Increased the speed of ingame time.
- More balances to world generation.
A database wipe has been required due to this changes.
