The fix applies to missions generated from now on.

- Fixed crash in the mining system that caused no coins to be mined until the game server was restarted, leaving the terminal in an infinite wait after calling subwallet.mining
- Fixed crash in subwallet.mining when using a GPU that had health below 40%
