- PC specs: OS, Processor, RAM, Graphics Card, and DirectX version
- A clear description of the error, crash, or bug. A copy/paste of the error dialogue or a screenshot is also okay.
- A clear description of what you were doing when the issue happened. Providing character dialogue, scene description, and route information will help us to zoom in on the issue.
- Are you running Libra with or without the adult patch?
- Also feel free to comment on any general performance issues you may have experienced. For example, slow framerates, etc.
Once we have collected your data, we will submit it to the tech team for further investigation.
