-Coffins with a nice surprise.

-Chests now break into pieces if you attack them... they do respawn upon saving, or death.
-An extra coffin was removed.
-Used coffins will now spawn the coffins with the nice surprise :)

-4th boss death trigger issue resolved, sorry about this.
