- Taxes were rebalanced a bit
- Doctrines of Media, Arts, Trade unions and Labour freedom were rebalanced a bit
- Other starting years (except 1985) were rebalanced a bit
- Opportunity to give the power to authoritarians in Warpac countries was added
- Some optimization
