It has been brought to our attention that a small percentage of users (2% - 3% reported cases) cannot start a new game. The button press sound effect occurs but nothing happens after this. We're still looking into this, unfortunately we can't seem to recreate the issue on any of our machines. When we can find a solution to this we will make an announcement here.
