BUG Fixes:
Fixed a issue where allowed summoning Artikel anywhere in Skypiea map.
Fixed a issue where Artikel’s X-button skill had no cooldown. After the fix, the cooldown time is set to 60 seconds.
Adjusted the stamina consumption of Artikel’s right-click skill: Using the right-click skill in any form now consumes 150 stamina points.
Fixed a display bug in Artikel’s dex entry.
Players below level 60 have a chance to be forcefully dismounted while riding Artikel.
