1. Added rank: Duke, King, Emperor
2. Added country name: once your ruler become duke, you can pick a country name from the lists. If it is old save, it will give one randomly
3. Improved successor system. Now successor has to stay in capital and become the ruler. (old system, successor became the ruler in his city, so the capital might changed to the new city, and lost your capital and minister, spy settings etc)
4. Improved NPC visiting. It will pop up a list if there are multiply NPC in the city, for example, if 2 doctors are coming to your city, it will pop up a list of doctors.
