1. Optimized Fate
1) Married officers boost each other's attributes. Now Charm can affect the boost result. The higher their Charms are, the greater their attributes are increased.
2) The Rapport requirement of Swroning Siblings is decreased to "≥-100 (Common) ".

4. Optimized display of the large map and small head portraits

6. Adjusted strategy AI of scenario 195 year
7. We fixed the following bugs:
1) A child under age could be a member of Swroning Siblings.
2) The layer's force will be immediately abandoned after forming an alliance with a neighbouring AI force.
