We apologize for the inconvenience! We are actively tracking a 3rd party network outage that prevents everyone (include ourselves!) from connecting and playing Q.U.I.R.K. The good news is that our partner has been providing regular updates on their work to resolve the issue, and by all accounts, we should all see a full recovery in short order.
While it isn't unusual for technical glitches to pop up outside of our ability to fix them, we do take outages very seriously. So, as a way of thanking you for your patience, we are sending every member of our community a complimentary Q.U.I.R.K. key on Steam that you can gift to a friend of your choice.
We will continue to keep you apprised as we learn more. Once the service is functioning and stable, we'll ship your Q.U.I.R.K. keys via email.
