New Feature: Box Select

Box Select
Similar to Box Primitive, but used to select vertices quickly.

1. Click Box Select button under Selection in Tools Panel
2. Trigger click one to start plane
3. Trigger click twice to finalize plane and start extruding selection box
4. Any vertex the box touches will become sticky selected (orange)
5. Trigger click a third time to finalize selection

Some performance improvements were added internally to facilitate mass selection via box select.
