Lock Reference Images
This is a checkbox in the Settings Panel now. When enabled, reference images may not be moved, resized, selected, etc. This allows the placement of vertices directly on the reference image without fear of placing an anchor by mistake. It also ensure the reference images do not move once they are in the correct positions.
Thanks to TrolliGan for bringing this problem to my attention through a bug report in the community forum.
Settings and Tool Panel location bug fix
A few releases ago I changed the way the Settings and Tool Panels pop into existence in relation to the user. I discovered a bug in this code this evening causing the panels to appear behind the controller pointer rather than in front of it, depending on the user's orientation in space. This should be fixed now.
