Minor updates from Badger.
Main Game Updates
- Add two new MP elements; first is a soft force-sync from the host that will periodically all the squads in the galaxy to the client. This is a networking tunable. Second is a button that a client can press to request a 'hard' force sync that gets the whole galaxy.
Forge of Empires Mod (Formerly Sidekicks)
- Significant Armada Rebalance; a lot of the ships are changed.
- The biggest thing is that tier 1 ships were way more powerful than tier 3 ships.
