- The Root Access hotkey no longer works outside of the Net.
- Rebalanced Neural Stress to cost 35%, 25%, and 15% for a combat dump, normal log-out and System Access log-out respectively.
- Lowered the Neural Stress healing rate down to 8.5% per hour, and 10.6% per hour with the Deep Sleeper perk.
- You can now rest for up to 24 hours at a time.
- The Rest screen now displays the amount of Neural Stress you would have remaining when choosing how long to rest for.
- Fixed a bug with the Milk Run level where it was saying the UVP tutorial as soon as you logged in.
