This patch is a little smaller, as there were a couple players that were being held back by issues, and I wanted to resolve them as soon as possible. I'm still working on the Upload bug (I haven't been able to recreate it on my end yet). In the mean time I recommend checking your data storage after accepting a contract to make sure everything is alright, and purging your storage (see below) after you come across this bug.

- Fixed an issue where the Monarch X3 Processor only cost $1500, but the cost was $2500.
- Resolved an issue preventing you from uploading ProjectTurtleDove.
- Resolved an issue where the Main Menu buttons were broken during low resolutions.
- Repositioned the Video Options default window location to be more accessible at lower resolutions.
