Update 1.5.4

Changes:

- Added Instagib gamemode to the offline Bot Practice;
- Changed the HP Pickup to +25;
- Fixed a bug where the map time was getting stuck at 0;
- Performance improvements;

The next update will include an option to switch the Bot Difficulty.
