If anyone has purchased a copy of Sairento VR via Amazon and received a note saying that the key has been revoked, this is what happened.
Earlier on, we signed up with a distributor representing us to distribute via various channels, including Amazon.
After a few months of not hearing back, we asked them for sales figures and they reported a grand total of 2 copies sold.
They also claimed that Amazon was non-responsive and never got back regarding sales figures. In fact, they went as far as to say that Amazon never sold any copies. They also gave us the go ahead to terminate the keys we gave them.
We did that.
And right after that we received several emails from Amazon customers telling us that they have had their Sairento VR keys revoked.
To those affected customers, we apologize sincerely for the inconvenience. Please write in to us at [email protected] and we will sort it out for you.
If anyone knows anyone from Amazon, we would be greatly indebted if you could please let them know that we are in a helpless situation where our product is put up to sell, but our distributor is claiming that Amazon is not getting in touch with them and paying them.
