This FAQ is to help Onmyoji to better understand the game settings and the future development plans of the Early Access version.
Early Access Time – When & where I can participate?
Early Access has been available Globally since 9th February 2018 (UTC +8). The exact time available to download the game pack might vary according to the local network.
Game Packs – What is in the Early Access?
Onmyoji on Steam offers 2 game packs（The Basic Game Onmyoji and The Onmyoji – Deluxe Edition）during Early Access. Both game packs include exclusive in-game items which will be delivered via in-game mail upon login. A free game pack is scheduled to launch shortly. (Free Game pack will not contain any in-game item.) For those who are anticipating the Free Game Pack，be sure to follow our Store Page and Community Hub.
Detailed info on the two Exclusive Game Packs:
1. The Basic Game Onmyoji includes 1 Kitsune Frame (exclusive for Steam version), 53 S-Jades, 100 Jades and 1 Mystery Amulet!
2. The Onmyoji – Deluxe Edition includes 1 Emerald Plume Skin, 1 Kitsune Frame (exclusive for Steam version), 225 S-Jades, 400 Jades, and 3 Mystery Amulets!
Keep it Real - Will the data in Early Access be removed?
Instead of a closed beta test, data from the Early Access version will not be replaced, removed or wiped out in the Full Release. So, feel free to explore the Heian world and show your power.
For charge delay - How can I claim the in-game items I bought?
Some Onmyoji reported there were cases that the Steam purchases had been successfully finished but the in-game items were not correctly delivered. In this case, please go to [Support] (left-hand side of the courtyard) in game, select [Contact us] and describe your issue. Game customer service will check accordingly and reply to you as soon as possible.
