Thank you for bringing the attention on having issues with the B1T1 Christmas Box. The box consumption is bugging and having multiple consumption then causing the players to disconnect. Please note that we are working on a fix as soon as possible. The game will undergo Emergency Maintenance to fix this issue now and there is no designated time of fix.
UPDATE: We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. The Black Squad Team will be removing any excess boxes and will provide compensation once the game update has been completed.
