Added some timer visuals and fixed a few issues

Added a visual indicator for the timer used when summoning troops at a fortress (located under troop icons).
Added a visual indicator for the timer used when performing a leader action (located under leader abilities).
Fixed a bug where multiple blink effects could be active during the tutorial in certain situations.
Use a default resolution of 1920 x 1080 when the game settings are first created.
Updated version to 2.2.2.15.
