To solve the tutorial flash movie crash issue,
1) Please go to https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html
2) Scroll down until you see "Windows"
3) Click "Download the Flash Player content debugger for Internet Explorer - ActiveX"
4) A flashplayer_25_ax_debug.exe file will be downloaded
5) Run that .exe file & it will prompt you to install Adobe Flash Player. Click "Install", then "Done"
6) Relog into SoulSaverOnline and you can resume the gameplay. ^^
