Development Updates
We released two patches this week, one on Tuesday, April 10th, and the other on Thursday, April 12th. Going with our plan for April, our Tuesday patch contained optimizations for the initial loading screen, and fixes to bugs that still existed around Archos, while the patch on Thursday was all about adjusting the balance for spells and Ranged Weapons. These methods of combat has been a little underwhelming recently, and the adjustments should help give Adventurers more options on how they wish to defend themselves. The Development Kit for the community is still planned to release later this month. This will allow the community to mold and shape Dark and Light into any experience they want it to be. We’re really excited to see what the community has planned for Dark and Light, and will have a May community event based around the new Dev Kit. We'll be sure to let everyone know when they can expect to see the kit when we have a release date.
Since we’re focusing on the Development Kit and fixing issues in Dark and light, we don’t currently have any new updates on future content. This however, doesn’t mean that more content is being worked on.
