Overkill VR Full release is here!

Overkill VR has been on Early Access for five months, and has been continuously updated and improved based on ongoing testing and community feedback.

After all this time and several updates, we are proud to announce that the full release is finally available on Steam for all HTC Vive and Oculus Touch users.

These are the main features of the game:

  • Crouch & Stand combat mechanics.
  • Realistic aiming system.
  • Unparalleled gun customization, with upgrades and attachments.
  • Up to 14 available weapons, plus heavy machine guns, rocket launchers and grenades.
  • Ability to change your strategy as the scenario evolves.
  • New “endless mode” where players have to survive as many waves as they can.
  • Steam Achievements. Players can unlock achievements while playing the game, and show their friends who’s the toughest soldier out there.
  • Steam Trading cards. Players can earn cards and turn them into Steam badges, or trade them for community items.
  • Improved game sounds, with realistic sound FX.
  • Left-handed support. Lefties now have a left-handed option to make gameplay more comfortable.
  • Machine gun height level adjustment.

In case you have played the previous version of the game, this is the list of features that have been added to the latest update based on your feedback:

  • New “endless mode” where players have to survive as many waves as they can.
  • Steam Achievements, to show who’s the toughest soldier out there.
  • Steam Trading cards.
  • Improved game sounds, with realistic SFXs.
  • Left-handed support.
  • Machine gun height level adjustment.
