*Fixed spawning back to wave one in the new "wave mini-game"
*max combat skill's changed, moved to 105 END, 130 Attack, Mage, Range.
*fixed small known bug's
*"payback" spell no longer gives xp

*added "fire Mace" to the drop table, and token shop (level 125 weapon only good for it's rage)
