New: Snap to Grid + Loading Reference Models

Hi everyone! Here's what's new recently, and thanks to all for suggestions & feedback!

- You can now load local 3d OBJ files as half-transparent references while building. Just copy a path, like "E:\flower.obj", then hit Create Thing and paste with Ctrl+V.

- There are now grid snap options! To enable the grid, click on Me -> "..." -> "Show Grid Lines" and "Snap Things to Grid"! By default the grid lines are at 1m each with half-meter indicators, and you can set other sizes at the end of the Me settings page. You can then optionally have thing parts too snap to the grid during building. Thanks OP & everyone!

- You can now make all your creations clonable at once by choosing Me -> "..." -> "All my creations are clonable". You can toggle it off again too at any point.

- There's a bunch of new sounds you can use! They are: buzzer, heavy pages turning, short alarm ringing, mouse click, chime 1-3, fast mechanical tapping, fast mechanical tapping long, charge dissipate, charge up, glass tap, glass tap long, faucet water, wobbly mute synth, door handle 1-4, gun sizzle cooldown, firework pop, sharp explosion pop, sharp explosion pop 2, fun explosion, laser fire, fire starter poof, pneumatic drilling, fan, heavy charge up, distant explosion, techno beeps, scary ki ki ki ma ma ma, violin suspense! Thanks Nic & friends!

- We've added a little "Building without building" video:
