This update includes:
- Major leaderboard fixes. Now you will see yourself in the rankings even if you are not in the top 20.
- Added gamepad hints throughout the whole UI
- Added color indication for the levels passed without boosters at least once
- Changed conditions for the "Game master" and "Hardcore gamer" achievements - now it is required to pass the relevant level without boosters at least once
- Now the camera can be centered with the 'C' key or the 'A' gamepad button
- Minor Dutch localization fixes (thanks to Jean Fraude van Damme)
