Update #12

This update brings some refinement to the controller calibration introduced in Update #11.

At the weigh-in, you'll now see three choices for controller position. The controller calibration from the previous update has been moved under the option marked "Custom". Custom calibrations are now saved between play sessions, so you won't have to recalibrate each time you play, and can really take your time getting the position exactly how you want it.

A preset for the previous controller position where you held the Vive wand sideways with the touchpad in your palm is now marked as "Default 2".

"Default 1" is set for the standard way you'd hold the Vive wand to play most other games. I've set this as the initial default because it should work with other SteamVR controllers that may be released in the future or with the Oculus Touch controllers, whereas "Default 2" would likely be unusable in those cases.

I'm currently in the middle of more aesthetic changes in line with the last few updates, but I felt like I needed to go ahead and get the changes to controller calibration out now rather than waiting on the next chunk of aesthetic changes to be ready.

Thanks for your support, and please let me know how these changes work for you.
