The Thrill of the Fight celebrates its first birthday today! Thank you everyone for supporting me and my little game. It's really been a dream come true.
I've got a small update for today with a little bit of polish to the last update.
Changes:
- Last minute party planning...
- Fixed alpha masking on legs.
- Tall opponents shouldn't float above the ground as much when they're knocked down.
- Fixed a bug where some enemy facial expressions would get stuck.
- Fixed a bug with Zombie Joe that would make him bug out when he attacked.
- Made some more adjustments to punch force smoothing.
- Made some adjustments to the hand stopping effect when getting blocked.
- Fixed a problem with AI targeting prediction being way off.
- Adjusted Joe and the sparring partner's hook arm trajectories.
- Fixed scorecard being extremely high in the air after a match.
In the near future, I'll be making improvements to the enemy AI to make them behave more realistically in the ring. I'm also working on a UI overhaul, and I like how it's turning out so far. New sound effects and updates to the existing sound effects will keep trickling in as well.
