Fixed:
:ns_blue: "I am Box" Achievement
:ns_blue: "Ninja" Achievement
To be able to activate the achievements you will have to use the camouflage again for the achievement "I am Box" and enter the door in the first extra level again to activate the "Ninja" achievement.

And remember, you have to be close to the box and press the action key (default E) to activate the camouflage.
I will keep looking into the camouflage problem to see if I can figure out why some people can't use it and thank you Nova for reporting these problems.
