To find it, please look in your installation folder as follows:
- Open your Steam Library
- Right-click on "Nurse Love Addiction"
- Open the Properties menu
- Click on the "Local Files" tab at the top of the menu
- Click "Browse Local Files..."
- The wallpaper is located in the "Wallpaper" folder
